Baked Penne GLUTEN-FREE w/Fire-Roasted Red Pepper, Caramelized Onion & Fontina Sauce

Made with Rustichella d'Abruzzo imported artisan brown rice pasta. We fire-roast peppers and blend them with veg. stock, a little cream, aged balsamic, and parmigiano reggiano. Then mix it all with caramelized onion, fontina & jack cheese and bake until golden brown. Delicious! (veg)
